- Male / Female Individuals 17-30 related to life transitions, social connections and relationships
- Parent Consultation - all ages
- Family Therapy (generally ages 12 and up including families with adult children)
- Adult relationships struggles / couples therapy
- Social Communication / Aspergers (high functioning)
- Executive Functioning education and treatment
- Workplace - career improvement / performance concerns
- General self improvement and people looking to get more out of life
- Self-Esteem and negative thinking (CBT)
Note - I work with younger children and families in my full time job and enjoy working with the older population a few days a week. This allows me to be fresh and look forward to our appointments.
